This week was very interesting. I got my tempest weatherstation talking to a tablet that I mounted on a wall. Basically its just a kindle fire 10th gen HD tablet with 8 inch, a 3-d printed frame from etsy, and a nice recessed plug I had an electrician install. It basically looks like a very nice part of the house. Very futuristic.

I am really happy with how it came out. It has a nice charger behind it (its a recessed outlet with usb/a/c.). The one annoying thing was the original connector was WAY too large. I bought the converter from etsy with the nice printed frame. It should have been a nice flat usb-c like the one on the top, but it was a HUGE usb-a. I just took off the cover and it fit. I also got a very nice dryer from speedqueen. Its VERY fast (like 3x faster than my old 20 year old kenmore that it relpaced)
