This is just a quick note to talk about my LIDL chinese made clone of a komodo or small green egg ceramic grill. I have made the BEST chicken on it, and the BEST burgers. The temp stays HIGH or low for hours (like 10!) and it uses WAY less charcoal. The thing is WAY heavy. I did get a heat deflector and an ash bucket. I will try to do some pizza on it and see how that goes.
I also bought a vevor spice grinder and its a MONSTER. It weighs like 10lbs, and will powder ANYTHING. It can even do light duty as a grain mill without the mess since eveything is nicely contained within its frame. TIs a bit of a bother to clean, but its ALL METAL and the blades will grind anything to an almost dustlike poweder. DONT USE FOR COFFEE!
