# Retreat Update and Helene Sadness (not for me, but for others)

I had a great retreat last weekend, but while I was incommunicado, helene hit asheville, (a LONG way away from me here in raleigh). It made me very sad to see the devestation. Climate change is real, and I rather think things are giong to get worse before they get better.

Today is sunny, and I am getting ready for another retreat. Hopefully no hurricanes on this one, sadness.
