# Making thick Yogurt and a Meatball Save

It was kind of plain weekend (mostly 117 heat index) but I did do some interesting things:

1. Made a DREADFUL meatball thing (put pototaoes in them, and some HORRIBLE new bread crumbs (GF) that I will never buy again) that I turned into an EXCELLECT bologenese sauce. It was quite a rescue.
2. I also discovered how to make thick dairy free yogurt: agar agar. Haven't figured out how much to use, but will do more as I experiment.

I did find a NICE tea candle powered [lamp thingy](https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/28E21E18-F0D4-4A88-B2FB-C82372F8CEE2?ingress=2&visitId=59076280-ef53-4a12-92a5-c5592ab3dc78&store_ref=bl_ast_dp_brandLogo_sto&ref_=ast_bln): Which is neato and kind of expensive.

My plant that I got from a friend is still alive 3 weeks later (seems orchids are hard to kill). I did upgrade all my servers because of the 😵 😒 💀 ssh debacle. Be sure to patch your servers! Hopefully everything will go well.
